Company Profile Ultra Industry Machinery Co.,Ltd. was establish ed in 2012 and is
headquartered in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. It is one of the early domestic
enterprises engaged in the research and development of specialized equipment for upstream fundamental materials in the PCB industry. The company has long been commi tted to the research of equipment technologies supporting breakthrough processes in the field of new materials. Its products include CCL impregnation machines and supporting
energy saving and environmental protection equipment such as VOCs oxidation units, as well as post treatment equipment for PCB copper foil. These products are widely
used in high end fields such as 5G communications, aerospace, chip IC substrates, and automotive electronics. In 2023, the company successfully completed a Series A financ ing round of 159 million yuan, with investments from several well known government
and university backed investment funds.
