Company Profile Chen Go Technology Co., Ltd. upholds a "service-oriented" spirit, specializing in providing the highest-tier flying probe electrical testing contract services in the industry, along with the sales of equipment for various PCB and semiconductor industries. We continuously strive for excellence, guided by customer needs, and constantly expand and optimize our product and service offerings:
2005: Established Taiwan Chen Go Technology Co., Ltd. through founder fundraising.
2007: Expanded and relocated to the Linkou Plant in Taoyuan.
2009: Partnered with a Japanese flying probe original manufacturer.
2010: Introduced technical support from a Belgian software original manufacturer.
2013: Established the Kaohsiung Branch.
2015: Secured authorized partnership with a Japanese fixture electrical testing equipment original manufacturer.
2018: Established the Shenzhen Branch.
2019: Established the Linkou Operations Headquarters and expanded into laser cutting contract services.
2021: Expanded into partnerships with automation equipment integration original manufacturers.
2022: Successfully secured partnerships with AOI equipment and semiconductor equipment original manufacturers; in the same year, co-developed and marketed electrical testing machine fixture cleaning equipment in collaboration with a partner company.
2024: Established the Kunshan Contract Manufacturing Plant; secured a partnership with a plasma (PLASMA) equipment original manufacturer.
2026: Co-developed surface copper measurement equipment in collaboration with a partner company; in the same year, secured an authorized partnership with a major AXI equipment manufacturer.
