To connect PCB companies with international talent, Taiwan PCB Institute holds International Talent Day during TPCA Show. The event brings companies and international talent together and creates opportunities for them to meet and connect.

The event has two parts. The first part is career matching, where participants learn about companies and job openings and have the chance to meet company representatives. This also gives companies the opportunity to meet talent from different backgrounds and with international experience. The second part is a booth tour, where participants visit company booths and learn more about Taiwan’s PCB industry, technologies, and business development.

Through career matching and the booth tour, international talent can get to know companies first and then learn more about the PCB industry. Taiwan PCB Institute continues to connect talent with the industry and create more opportunities for career development and collaboration.
