機械本質安全設計技術交流研討會

Safety of Machinery Seminar — Risk Assessment and Inherently Safe Design       為預防事業單位因使用機械設備發生機械性之切割夾捲、電氣性之觸電感電、異常溫度所引起之火災等職業傷害,於機械設備設計製造階段,實施危害辨識、風險評估及降低風險之本質安全設計是避免發生職業傷害最有效的對策。為落實「職業安全衛生法第5條第2項」實施風險評估,本研討會邀請機械設備安全專家針對CNS15347(ISO12100:2010)國家標準內容之風險評估技術,進行深入淺出的介紹,此外研討會更邀請事業單位分享落實機械設備設計製造階段實施風險評估與本質安全設計之經驗與成果,以推廣風險評估及源頭管理之技術,強化風險管控和安全管理能力,達到降低職業災害的目的。To prevent machinery related occupational injuries, the implementation of risk assessment and risk reduction of three-step method (inherently safe design measures, safeguarding and/or complementary protective measures, information for use) in machinery design and manufacturing stages is the most effective countermeasure. Machinery safety experts will introduce CNS15347 (ISO12100:2010) national standard for promoting the purpose of risk assessment, and 2 companies will share their own experiences of the benefits and accomplishments of risk assessment implementation in the Seminar.
