「2019 PCB學生優秀論文」，年年吸引許多優秀學子爭相投稿，經過摘要、全文兩輪激烈評選，共計五篇論文獲得評審佳評。今年金獎得主為元智大學化學工程與材料科學系，吳映璇同學，研究主題為：Effect of Surface Finish on Signal Loss of Cu Interconnects in 5G High frequency Transmission，指導教授為何政恩教授。
金獎、銀獎之學生除獲得高額獎金外，更可獲得海外參展全額補助！於2020年前往香港參與第15屆世界電子電路大會-ECWC15，進行得獎論文英文發表與展會參訪。
